Cathy, Lady and Tramp at the tracking field

This is Inynkc Tramp Seeker, CD, TD, CGC, WCX, SN 18308301, Cathy and Lady of Holy Terror,CGC, SN 99310506, at the tracking field near Burtonsville, MD circa 1996. There are more pictures of Lady and Tramp playing in the snow during the blizzard of 1996.

Tramp - 1994-2008

On June 28, 2008, Tramp crossed the rainbow bridge to once again run and play with Lady and all his PVGRC friends after a great run of almost 14 years. While he loved to fetch and swim, his first and best love was being a person's Dog; he loved to flirt with people. Through his outreach, he was able to touch so many people. We'll miss you little buddy.

Lady - 1992-2006

After 14 and a half years, we lost Lady on December, 29, 2006. Lady was our faithful dog, our family dog and our Momma dog to our human children. Here's a 1 year old Maggie sitting on Lady. This photo nicely illustrates how Lady handled the kids. She protected them, worried over them and watched over them. Lady, we will always miss you.

Ice on Tramp after Swimming
It has to be very cold before Lady and Tramp won't go into the water. Here's Tramp in January 1999 after swimming in icy water. In April, 1999, Tramp earned his Working Certificate from the Golden Retriever Club of America. To do this, he had to retriever two pigeons (in a "land double") and two ducks from water. In November, 1999, Tramp earned his Tracking Dog Title from the AKC. For this title, he had to find a glove that had been dropped in a field 45 minutes earlier. He had to track the person path across the field about 400 yards with 4 turns. In April of 2001, Tramp topped his Working Certificate by getting his Working Certificate Excellence (WCX) title. For this, he retrieved three pigeons in a "triple" and two ducks from water in a "double." Later in April, both Lady and Tramp passed the test for their AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certificate. Photo taken with a Nikon FM2, Nikkor 180mm lens, Kodachrome 200, scanned direct from the slide using an HP Photosmart scanner.

Lady and her bumper
One of Lady's favorite things to do is retrieve "bumpers" from a nearby lake. Here's Lady holding her bumper after a swim during January 1999. Photo taken with a Nikon FM2, Nikkor 180mm lens, Kodachrome 200, scanned direct from the slide using an HP Photosmart scanner.
